Sarena Rose Doucette is a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Licensed Massage Therapist, Student Midwife, Nanny, Photographer, Collaborative Film-Maker as well as a Mother & Stepmama of 3 amazing children. She started practicing massage as a little girl after her own birth trauma where she received chronic back pain from a doctor’s impatience with her mother’s labor. Throughout her life she was exposed to a diverse range of healers learning from their work with prayer, herbs, sound, art, energy, massage and ceremony. Sarena offers customized healing sessions that include Swedish massage, reflexology, joint mobilization, hot stone, dry cupping, moving cupping, hijama wet cupping, aromatherapy, light/sound combination therapy and light touch with prayer. As a doula, she also offers massage and pain coping techniques throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She co-founded Desert Bloom Collective which is a holistic community of naturopathic healers who work together to find the best services and care for each individuals' need.
